After upgrading to latest version there is a pesky Window that remains after applying Photoshop plugin. It does not even have a close (x) button to press, so I have to close Photoshop and restart. Annoying.

From the multiple dialog boxes, do you happen to have two instances of Gigapixel running? Or are these dialog windows from previous attempts to run the Gigapixel plugin from Photoshop?

Only one instance of Gigapixel. The dialog box remains open after applying the filter successfully.
Let’s keep it simple and perform a complete fresh installation with the steps below.
- Delete the installed Gigapixel by moving it to the trash or using the uninstaller if it has one.
- Remove your plist files.
Note: After deleting your plist files, restart your machine, and clear your trash. - Install a fresh Sharpen AI installer from the link below:
Gigapixel - Version 7.3.2 (Mac)
Be sure to close Photoshop prior to running the installation wizard.
- Once installed, open the application as a standalone.
