Permission Denied on VP9 2-Pass Encoding in TVAI

I’m trying to do two-pass encoding using libvpx-vp9 and TVAI is throwing a permissions error:

[vost#0:0/libvpx-vp9 @ 0000149622328C0]  Cannot write log file 'ffmpeg2pass-0.log' for pass-1 encoding: Permission denied

Any ideas on what is happening here? I ran the same command outside of TVAI and it works perfectly fine.

Quick solution - I ran TVAI as admin and the command worked, but it would be nice to know why Topaz requires admin elevation for this.
