I really would like to have a percentage slider for the Slomo-Rate setting, because for some reason it is not possible to enter non-integer numbers in an german language based environment.
To be more detailed here: When using Windows in german language setting, you actually cannot enter the needed “.” as separator like in 1.5, but you CAN enter the german used separator “,” like in 1,5. Hover the renderer does not accept an 1,5 instead of 1.5 so there is actually no way for me to enter a custom slomo rate.
Therefore I strongly vote for a percentage slider. That would work in every environment. 
My use case: I need to do a slomo setting of 60% on digitized Super 8 film material.
