Pause Processing - ability to pause processing and resume between app sessions

A useful option would be the ability to pause processing, close the app, then resume next time I run the app.

For me, having the option to pause the processing (even without closing the app) would be very beneficial, because sometimes I need my GPU for other things temporarely. the current way is very cumbersome:

  1. ensure to
  • save your current AI settings
  • use an output format without key frames (or more precisiely, where every frame is a key frame), such as ProRes, but not HEVC.
  1. Stop processing and remember the position

  1. start app
  2. load AI settings
  3. search for the right start position
  4. start processing.
  5. use a video editor to combine the files later
