Several years ago I decided to take one Pau Hana (End of Day) shot per week from our lanai. The idea was to have 52 Pau Hana images at the end of the year. I made it all the way through August but lost the thread when we left on vacation to the mainland. The following year, I decided to pick up the thread. This is the first image taken the following year. But sadly, I got side tracked again the following year. Best laid plans right? That said, this morning, as I was reviewing my efforts, and being a big fan of William Turner, I decided to attempt to emulate his style – thinking maybe I could cobble together a collection of 12 renderings, one for each month.
