Partial export with no warnings or errors

Exporting a four second 4K clip with Chronos 4x slomo and jittery motion correction to make sixteen second clip.
Repeatedly the export stops short and is marked as complete in the queue. No error message or warning is given.
In and out points are marked at beginning and end of the four second source clip.
First attempt resulted in 8 seconds output, second attempt about 2 seconds output of the 16 seconds required.
If I open other apps during the export the amount of frames in the resulting file seems to be fewer. No system resources error messages are give though.
No confirmation of the correct duration of the export is given.
