Please withdraw the $64 funds from my AMEX credit card as stated in my account and send me the upgrade for Gigapixel Aiv.8. I wasted two days trying to download alternatives without satisfaction or success. Please accept the money for the upgrade and let me continue using software fora project I am stuck in the middle.
