Overcharge

I have been charged twice for the same upgrade of Topaz photo AI - 2 x $84. How do I get credit for the overcharge? And why isn’t there a support email or chat button - unbelievably frustrating trying to contact Topaz. Great product - horrible customer support!! Please let me know what needs to be done to get credit. Thank you.
