Outputting TIFF instead of DNG files

Version 3.02 LRC Version 13.3 // Raw 16.3
Photo AI randomly decides to output TIFF files instead of DNG within a single hour of working.
I send a batch of photos.
This is made worse because when sending a batch of 20 files it will decide to process a random number between 2 and 10 or so.

Restarts of the program or the computer don’t help.
I’ve got plenty of disk space.

Is this just buggy?

Let’s try updating you to the most recent version release to see if this resolves the issue.

Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation. Also, make sure there are no settings or configurations in your OS system that could interfere.

Try using the appropriate OS system link to update:

I’ve discovered I can send 10 photos at a time from Lightroom and it creates DNG files. Any more and it goes to TIF

This is still true with the most recent update yesterday.

Are you using the features Adjust Lighting or Balance Color with these images?

I’m just using the automatic routine. I set white balance and profile only before sending with Filr–> Add ins.

Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.

Loom is a great free application for this: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording
