This looks like a glitch that the devs are aware of and are working on a patch in conjunction with Apple. If you can try updating to Mac OS 14.3 as some users have found that fixes it. If not then open a support ticket with the team and send the full logs.

Thanks for the update. I found that by using shorter sections of the file the glitch went away.
