Output file size is off (low) on NVIDIA H264 and H265 encoders. I set the bitrate to 40+ and will only get like 15mbps. If I switch to the Intel encoder it will get the bitrate correct. Has anyone else seen this?
I have only observed this problem with audio.
If I manually set the audio rate to 320kbps, the output will only have a 320 rate if the input also has a 320 rate. Otherwise, the video AI will always use a 256 variable rate and will never actually export at 320kbps.
