Out of memory error for Nyx model

The bug

If I run the Nyx model on any video, no matter what the file size, and even if I only ask it to do 5 frames, it gives an out of memory error. All other models run fine.

I ran this benchmark tool and you can see it shows an error for the Nyx model:

I’ve downloaded previous versions of the app, back to the first 6 release, and they all seem to do the same thing.

System profile
Brand new MBP M4 Pro, 48GB RAM
I’m not really running any other apps at the same time.
I’ve set the Max Processes to 1, and tried setting memory at 50%, 75%, and 100%, and it makes no difference to the error.
You can see from the benchmark screenshot above that the times are good for all other models.

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:

  1. Delete Video AI plist files
  1. Restart Mac
  2. Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.

If that does not resolve the issue, please message me back with the updated logs for further investigation.
