I switched to This work flow.
As for Square Pixel I use Hybrid for pixel conversion (along side deinterlacing) (720x576 is not Square Pixel / PAR: 1x1, it is PAR: 16:15). after conversion the resolution is 720x540 (PAR: 1x1) which makes a perfect x2 upscale to 1440x1080 (natural FHD for 4:3)
