Original frame rate is displayed but ignored in final output

My source shows 23.975 the same as source is selected showing 23.975 but the final export output is 59.94 (a huge waste of duplicate frames and unnecessarily large file).

Thanks for uploading the logs, I have sent them over to the team for review to see what is causing the frame rate to double.
