Option to set position of right hand panel

This is partly for my own semi-selfish reasons. I have very bad vision in my right eye, and would find it a lot easier to use the editing/preview/settings panel if I had the option of relocating it to the left-hand side of the main window.

I’m probably not the only person in this position, so it may be of benefit to others to also have that option available.
