Running Video AI v5.21

I have a video that was originally sourced from a DVD and converted to H264 using VLAN. The total length is 2 hours. The video plays fine for the entire duration using an external player.

When I import the video in Video AI, it only brings in the first 49:04;13. The video stops abruptly. I am trying to upscale the video 2x, but changing the output setting doesn’t impact the imported (before) length.

System: Win 10 Pro, i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Edit: I just attempted to load a second video and had the same issue. It has a length of 1:16:42 but Video AI only imports 00:05:07;15.

Are you able to share the logs from the app for review?
