Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1
   open Photo AI

2. Step 2
   drag folder (some raw image files. “ORF”)

3. Step 3
   Failed images.

I would like for you to try updating the GPU driver to ensure that you are using the latest updated driver for your card. You can do this by following the steps below:

• Open your Device Manager

• Go to Display adapters and double-click on your GPU. Then go to the Driver tab and Update the driver.

Let’s try adjusting your AI Processor by going to Preferences > General and setting the AI Processor to CPU then clicking Apply.
