Old file restoration that have matte finish texture issue

I have been scanning hundreds (OK thousands) of physical photos from the past, that have a matt finish rather than gloss. They scan with a characteristic speckled appearance because the regular repeating pattern of contoured bumps on the surface translate to 2D. I suspect it would be a trivial matter to have a one click solution to adjust for this, since they all seem to have the same geometry.

I’d be more than happy to pay for such a feature.
