Having problems encoding n.t.s.c. 29.97fps.
When footage is panning across the screen it judders.
No problem with 23. 24. 25fps. They look great.
I encoded a music video with Starlight mini
Not good…The eyes are terrible, the faces look plastic.
Took about 8hrs
