Nothing works for exporting

I’m experiencing error after error for exporting .mpg files. I’ve tried different types of audio (convert, copy and no audio at all) and still the same issue. I’m exporting interlaced footage with either Dione TV or Proteus Interlaced - all I get are errors - it will export the temp file and end, but it just says 0 seconds relating with 7 fps for about 30 minutes before I get the error. The temp file will play and be mostly completed.
I have a myriad of support logs. I can only post two. So here are two. contact me for more.

I am seeing out of memory errors.

​Topaz Video AI > Preferences > Processing

​​Let’s have you change a few settings in the Preferences Panel.

  • Set the max memory usage at 70%
  • Set max processes to 1
  • Save the settings and exit the panel

Try running the clip back through and if you experience an issue please send me the updated logs for review.
