Not able to edit any photo in my MAC

With the latest version of Topaz Photo AI I’m not able to edit any photo in my MAC.

I have MAC OS Ventura 13.4
my MAC is Macbook Pro 2017

I’m not able to edit from Apple’s Photos app, and I cannot either from Topaz Photo… any. Topaz opens, I can select the picture, but nothing happens… the ‘browse images’ start page remains the same.

Hi Antonio,

Can you please try the steps below and let me know if this behavior persists?

1. Delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from your Applications folder.
2. Delete the plist files for Topaz Photo AI using instructions here and reboot your computer afterwards.
3. Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs downloads page and follow the installer once more.

If this does not change this behavior, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.

Hi Preston,

Many many thanks for your help. Finally I could fix it by changing the view setting (zoom in/zoom out). For some reason the edit page was open but I could not see. So the problem was not that nothing happened when I selected the picture, but that it was opened but I couldn’t see it

But now it works Thank you so much again.
