I see color banding on the beige wall that would indicate a drop in bit depth.
Yes. That’s not “noise” but severe color banding.
What output format do you use. Looks like a much to heavy jpg compression…
If there was any noise in the saved image we can not see it anymore because the compression level of the uploaded image is so bad that the color banding artifacts smooth out anything.

It looks like what you’re describing is caused by sever compression rather than the introduction of noise.
By default, Topaz Photo AI saves JPG files at 95% quality, which is the highest quality that does not introduce artifacts. It’s the most space and quality efficient way to save JPG.
You can manually adjust the quality by clicking Save > Export Settings > Format > JPEG and use the slider.
I used jpg at 25%, and yes you are correct “heavy jpg compression”. Thanks!
