Just got the latest version of Video AI and I don’t have any sound. Am I just plain stupid or what? I can’t hear any sound after importing videofiles and no sound after exporting. What am I doing wrong???
have you tried playing around with those settings to see which one works best for you?
It doesn’t matter what i do with those settings. I can’t here the sound even from the imported file.

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
I am having the same issue. There is no audio, either when playing the input video or the output video. No other app on my pc is having audio issues when playing videos, only Video AI.
Tried most current version of Geforce Drivers, both Studio and Gaming, same results.
I recently upgraded video card from dual GTX 1650s to a single RTX 3060, however it was working the first two days after the upgrade, then stopped working.
Dell Precision 5810, 32gb, Intel Xeon E5-2680 v3, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, Video AI v3.3.3
What I can remember I just played a little with the output settings in Video AI. Tried different audiosettings and then I just worked. I didn’t upgarde my driver or anything like that. It just worked again. Hope this helps.
