Problem in co-working with Capture One Pro:
If I hand over an image from Capture One to Photo AI to make some corrections I get back a TIFF (lets say for example) where the ratings and color marks are gone. Very annoying when working within a filter because I could not find the new TIFF after handing back to Capture One.

This behaviour is since Photo AI started. Maybe this is connected with the behaviour that with Photo AI the TIFF is generated AFTER end of correction just when handing over to Capture One. Sharpen AI, Giga AI and Denoise AI are going the other way and create the TIFFs before handing over. In these cases rating stars and colors survive.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 Start Capture One and select an image.
  2. Step 2 Click right on the image and select “Edit With”.
  3. Step 3 Select “Process with Topaz Photo AI” in the submenue.
  4. Step 4 After finished in Photo AI Seelect “Save to Capture One”.

Thanks for sharing this. I added a task to our roadmap to add this feature so the Capture One plugin copies the rating and color tag.

A developer will work on this feature soon.

Two month now, same issue.

It is not a “new feature” to add; other Topaz products work for years as they should with color tags and rating stars…

It’s in the product roadmap, but there are other tasks which were higher priority.

The plugin developer will be revisiting some of these lower priority issues soon.
