Upscaling from 1024x576 to 1280x720, Proteus - Enhance MQ Model, Reading from QT ProRes
Processing a Preview stops after a while, but there is no preview created. Opening the file in finder, reveals an empty file.
Exporting the video runs forever without outputing a video.
I reinstalled twice from scratch with removing preferences and cache.
Previews are created to be viewed within the application in the previews tab.
Could I take a look at the app’s logs to see if there are any errors?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Strange enough it worked today. Same machine, same software, same video. I got the preview and could render the final video.
