1. The bug / behavior you have encountered :Just updated to 5.3.5 big mistake. All video’s imported won’t play back, no scrolling on timeline. Can’t adjust in and out points. Nothing!!! When closing the input the program crashes.
2. Your system profile: M1 Ultra Sonoma 14.6.1
3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)
4. Any screenshots as necessary

Uninstall that current version of the app, clear the plists files for Video AI and then download the v5.3.6 installer linked below.
