Since latest update to 5.3.5 a few minutes ago Topaz Video ai DOES NOT WORK anymore at all! I can import ANY video file but then happens: NOTHING. No playback, no things I could do with it, no playback possible of any frame with forwarded cursor. Useless! Even saved projects do not run anymore.
iMac 2023 M3 chip Sonoma 14.7.
Restart did not help.
Same for me. MacBook Pro, 2023, M2 Max, Sequoia 15.1. No playback, but preview and export still work.
There have been some issues with the latest update that effects Mac systems.

Yeah, this same issue started happening to me yesterday afternoon. I cant import clips. I’ve tried uninstalling, deleting the plist files, restarting, and reinstalling, but it doesn’t work. Hoping this gets fixed quickly.
