No more X, Y, settings for cropping!

I noticed with Video 1.3.0 that we have no more access to the X, Y, settings for cropping !

How to get access to these values for placing the cropping exactly ?

I hadn’t noticed this was already in bugs and issues, hence my reply below in the ideas section. I hope the temporary work-around (NOT a solution) in my reply is of some use. I would have thought @kyle.topazlabs could have mentioned this as you asked the question.

Please reinstate Manual Crop options

I have voted for this. However, I’m going to report this under Bugs and Issues unless someone else does. There can be no justification for Topaz intentionally removing the ability to view and set the X and Y crop offsets. In the meantime, you could edit the project file as it’s just text in JSON format. Search for an instance of “ROI” within the data for the relevant video file(s). In there you will see the X and Y (offset) values along with width and height. While the app isn’t running, y…

Crop X & Y

The X & Y transforms are now back for Crop. This gives one the ability to input specific placement coordinates for the upper left corner of the crop shape. This provides accurate pixel values that you may need for your crop.
