There is no error message. A new new image shows up in Lightroom, but Photo AI 3.2.1 does not open to process. It worked fine until this new release. Now it is useless. Help!
If it does not, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top, and click the ‘Help > Open Log Folder’ menu option. Please send in all the files located in this folder.
Please also send me your system profile information so I can check if your computer hardware is up to date.
I have the same problem – even after having closed down Lightroom Classic, uninstalled Photo AI 3.2.1, downloaded a new installer and run it, and updated the graphics driver.
After chatting with support and being upgraded to development i learned there is a bug in release 321 for those using either an external drive or cloud service. I was given a link to go back one release. They are working on a fix.
Geez, I wish I had seen this sooner, I would have hung onto my AU$300! and yes for the record I’ve just purchased today and actually had it working on three images and then the app decided to stop playing… I’ve opened a chat only to get a response that I could have a 4 hour wait for a reply
It has been a good program. You just need to go back to version 3.2. I am a Lightroom user but use this for noise and sharpening. (Lightroom has greatly improved noise removal in the current version but on my laptop it takes lie 9 minutes for one photo).
