I purchased TVAI on December 15 and received an email which was missing activation details. Clicking on the product in the My Account page doesn’t do anything. I wrote to support but haven’t heard back. Am I missing something? Do the products require a login to download a key over the wire? Either way it is pretty shoddy that the email says it contains activation details when it doesn’t.
For activation you just need your account login for the main website. You login inside the program you’re trying to activate after you’ve installed it.
Thanks. I hope this doesn’t mean exports are going to fail because it can’t reach the license server like the whole Adobe mess a few years back.
