No export on v5.0.3

I’ve just upgraded to Video AI v5.03 and I cannot export in ProsRes or mp4. Always get an error. Everything used to be great on v3. Now I’m just frustrated with the software as it is such a time waster when the end process doesn’t work.

I was taking an SD master video, Deinterlacing and upscaling it but with the same SD parameters and using Artemis to DeNoise and on another test pass using Proteus Enhance. It worked so well when Larry Jordan reviewed the software back in the day and I used it very successfully for a huge project.

My system is a MAC OS 12.7.4 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)

The logs are showing a file permission issue with the file path that you are trying to export out to. Double check that the external drive letter and file path are still correct in the Directories section of the Preferences Panel.

Thank you so much. I thought I was exporting to my internal SSD drive but I will gladly check.
