No edits applied occurs most of the time

9 times out of 10 once Topaz starts working it jumps from the Main screen before you can do anything to the Adobe export screen With the error Skipped no edits applied. You have to press Close window at the bottom and then it goes back so you can select what you want to do from autopilot suggestion
Very tedious!
Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Just click Topaz filter in Photoshop and it happens
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

It’s important to note that in the latest version of Topaz Photo AI (v3.1.3), the developers and product team changed Autopilot’s default behavior. It now suggests edits by default, instead of applying , this could be why you are having this Skipped message.

To put the Autopilot back on so it applies the suggestions automatically, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Topaz Photo AI as a standalone application.
  2. Go to Preferences > Autopilot and enable Automatically apply filters to on and click Apply.

After you have done this, your application should operate as it previously did.

To do batch edits, please make sure you are following the steps below:

  1. Click on the Select All checkmark
  2. Select Apply Autopilot to apply your default Autopilot settings to all selected images**.**

I have included some more information from our Topaz Labs Documentation page that I will link below for you to review.

I am having the same issue. I am following the right procedure but batch edit doesn’t work most of the time. It will process the first image and then skip the rest.

Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.
