No confirmation to delete paused exports

I really wish the incessantly infuriating confirmation dialogs would just die, horribly. Having said that, it is obviously a bug that they don’t appear when deleting an export which is paused.

For goodness sake, either get rid of all the confirmation dialogs, or at least give us the option to suppress them.
