There will not be any audio in the app when previewing or playing the videos, as that is not a feature at this time.
When you export out the video the original audio file should be included unless you set the Audio Mode in the Preview and Export Settings Panel to None.

this can’t be a “special” feature … it’s a must. … it’s 2024 not 80ties… can’t believe it.
b)
Prieviews don’t have any sound… allthough settings as commanded

The dev team is looking into adding audio playback in the future as it has been requested as a feature, however it has not been implemented yet.
The screenshots show that you are still running a Preview which would not have any audio as the file has not been exported out of the app to have the audio file reattached to it. When playing in the app or running previews there will not be audio at this time. Only once you export the clip will the audio be included with the file again.

Having same issues. Sound is good before processing and I understand about the no audio during processing but again, there is no sound in the processed file.
