The program opens, but photos come in black. Previous photos are fine. I have tried reinstalling, restarting, etc. Still it comes up with a file: crash_handler.exe that needs to close, but cannot.
Steps to reproduce issue:

Same thing here. Photo AI 2.1.2 fails very time on Ventura.
2.1.1 worked perfectly. How can I download and reinstall the last working version (2.1.2)?

Yes this helps as a workaround, but it is not a nice solution.
Please fix the problem in 2.1.2 instead of saying we should go back to older versions.
Yes, I have reinstalled 2.0.0 after repeated crashes in version 2.1.0, 2.1.1 and 2.1.2. So I can go on working with Topaz Photo AI, but again, going back to older versions should not be necessary

Update: I installed the newest version of the graphics-driver from Intel and updated Topaz Photo AI from 2.0.0 to 2.1.2.
And guess what? It worked!
So now I’m back in business with the latest version.
