Are you needing to have the stabilization model run on the clip?

Back the number of passes down to 1 and then turn off the Motion Deblur model as that might be causing some of the artifacts when trying to be applied on top of the stabilization and Theia.

For low light videos you can try running Nyx to help denoise the video instead of Theia Fidelity, it might have a better result depending on your videos file.
