I run an action that runs some filters and then runs AI and now it hangs.
File says queued and Only think i can do is pause pressing and cancel

I have the same issue in the latest release. For reference I’m running a Mac on the latest iOS.
If I ‘pause’ processing, ‘cancel’ then select ‘save’ from the file menu it does seem to process the file.
Not ideal however
