Hi, when I use the product (by dropping an image into it), the autopilot doesn’t seem to result in an improved image. My images are almost all birds. After running autopilot, I then try to sharpen, or remove noise, but still no improvement. If anything, it makes it worse. Perhaps Topaz doesn’t work with my Olympus E-M10 Mark IV camera? What am I doing wrong? Also, what does the “feathering” slider do? Thanks.
Please submit a support ticket at support.topazlabs.com using the beacon at the bottom right corner of the page. They’ll be able to help you using specific info about your computer and images. It should work with your camera and feathering increases the mask softness at the edges.
