When I try to open an image with the new Topaz update nothing happens. No photo opens at all when opening from Photoshop (In Photoshop- Filter- Topaz) and when I try to open an image from the program itself, it runs so slow I have to shut it down.
Are you using Mac? If you are, please follow the instructions below to fix this issue.
