Thanks for this report. Our development team is aware of this bug that affects certain video and filter combinations and we’ve issued a possible fix in the latest beta version of Video AI (link)
I get this error too many times with 4.0
Proteus seems to work, and Artemis… but NYX is really struggling.
Others fail as well. Id say my success rate of getting something previewed is 20 to 30%
