EDIT: That’s a negative. Same video failed within 10 minutes of starting render.

Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
try version 3.1.9 i know everyone says that but ever since the driver update it has actually worked for me without stopping half way even the frame interpolation has worked.

I am doing so right now with 3.1.9. I’ll know in about 4 hours if this is true. I’m trying it with THE VIDEO FILE that has failed every single time I’ve tried. So far it’s been 3 hours, and it’s still going. If so, it’s definitely a promising step in the right direction. Thanks for the reply.
EDIT: Confirmed, this video completed its render for the first time in 8 months!

Sorry about that, I forgot to do this before I uninstalled and installed 3.1.9. Once I get done with that I’ll try it again and post the error logs.

can someone test the new intel arc driver Version 31.0.101.4953 im scared that if i update it might mess something up with the recent success of 4952
I just tried to run one in version 4.0.4. It errored out, I’m not sure when, but sometime within the first hour of 7 hours. Attaching logs here.

3.1.9 works but i get you the newer versions need to work aswell not just 3.1.9
Reviving this post just to let you know, I don’t know what driver update or Topaz Update was responsible, but the latest driver, 5762 works 100% with version 5.1.4 on the Intel Arc A770 16GB. I would have tested it with the latest version, but my renewal lapsed and I am unable to access 5.2 or beyond.
I’ve been upscaling all week, and even tried it with the file I used in the failed attempts mentioned above. It seems totally stable now.
