The sad part is they could just get the original film , scan it, and produce 4k
It’s a horrific mess of an upscale. Changing it to 60 FPS makes it look like it was shot on video tape lit for a soap opera, removing all film quality and actually making it difficult to watch. Not to mention the grotesque facial distortions. I don’t know if they used an old version of the software or what, but I hope copyright infringement removes that abomination soon.
