Nearly unusable output from Topaz Video

  1. The bug / behavior

    I produced three different versions of a short video using Topaz Video AI to slow the motion. I get the same behavior with the mp4, mov and mkv versions. Specifically, though I can load and watch any version using Power Media Player, I cannot open any of them using Corel’s Video Studio or with Adobe’s Photoshop.

  2. System profile: Windows 10, 64 bit.

For wider compatibility between apps, I’d recommend using the “H264 High” option in the export panel:
