@joseph.miller-1309
I added you to this thread as we will announce here once we release a fix for this issue. In the meantime, changing the model to anything but “Standard” will be a workaround.
@marketing-7251
I added you to this thread so you get a notification once the issue is resolved.
Bonjour voici les résultats que j’obtiens sur de nombreuses photos je précise que tous mes pilotes sont a jours—
@nogan59
I moved your ticket to this thread, where we track people with this issue with the new RTX 50 series graphics cards.
See workarounds above while we fix that.
Same problem for me with RTX 5070ti. I should’ve found this thread first since did a whole reinstall of everything and it didn’t help. :-/
I get the same issue with a 5090,it has rendered this program useless, soon as auto analyse kicks it, i get images exactly like above, I mainly use the remove tool but it does not like the 5090.
@scottfisher2002 and @chris.healey - This will occur on Sharpen Standard and Denoise Strong, all other AI models of Shapren or Denosei will work. For now, use Sharpen Strong or Denoise Normal, which you can force as the default model to be used in Edit > Preferences. Our development team is looking into the issue with Standard and we will circle back here once resolved!
A fix is aimed to be released in the next Photo AI version.
I have the same problem with Photo AI sharpening issues. Running RTX 5070 video card. Waiting for ongoing advice other than use Strong setting which works for now. Barry B.
Please notify me when fixed. This is so disappointing! Seems like every update there’s a new problem!!
This is complete new series of graphic cards, and it can take time to optimize a whole new graphic card series, yes. The development team plans on releasing an update that fully supports this new series in the next Photo AI update!
4 Months after the RTX 5000 series were released and still no sign of any fix. There was an update today, still no fix. So who knows when. this is very very disturbing to many of us paying customers.
V4.0.1 - ie the next update and still not fixed?
Bei mir das gleiche, immer noch Fehler trotz patch
The release for the fix was pushed as it’s still to be tested in the beta, it’s aimed to be released in the next Photo AI version!
I’m glad to learn a fix is inbound as I just purchased a RTX 5070Ti and discovered the problem and the workaround. What is the release cadance and/or when do you expect the fix to be released?
Thank you,
Morris
@morris.altman
There is no official date for that fix yet, but it should be in the next release of Photo AI. We are currently testing the fix.
got the same problem… that this take so long is a shame. For this Price
