The exposure was 1.3 sec.; then cropped. Next, A.I. Gigapixel to the rescue, and on to Topaz Studio - A.I. Clear, Precision Contrast, Precision Detail; Adjust 5 plugin (inside of Studio), Adaptive Exposure; BW2 plugin; further Cropping in Studio; and, one more run through A.I. Clear and then a final Vignette.
