My Topaz Video v5.3.6 won’t process anymore it’s stuck on “Downloading Model.” It was working a month ago when I was using it, but after I upgraded my Windows version to 11, which wiped everything, now when I try to process videos, Topaz Video gets stuck on “infinite Downloading Model” when I’m trying to upscale or increase the frame rate. I’m aware that there are newer versions and updates, but I just want to stick with the version I have. Or can’t I? So, did I pay for nothing and now have to keep paying like a subscription or can i still use my version?
