My problem

Hi,

Don’t seem to be able to export despite multiple tries! Seems to go through the full processing BUT then when the process ends and the final write routine should end the following is shown at the bottom of the log. Although I haven’t checked every log the process ends the same so presume that it is general.
Any help appreciated.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
