Hi Topaz Labs:

My 2X Upscaling preset is no longer working after last night update to version 5.0.4
I was having a great time upscaling videos until last night after this update.
I was keeping setting simple:

  1. Enhancement Tab: Proteus or Iriss
  2. Upscaling 2X
  3. Noise: 1-3 tops
  4. Recover Detail: slider a bit (up to 50-60 or so)
  5. 60fps
  6. Export codec H264, container mp4
    Now, Export always fails with error.

In the logs it looks like you are writing the file out to an external or NAS drive, can you try writing it to a local drive inside the system? Also your GPU is below the minimum specs for the app in the VRAM category so that could cause some issues when working with larger resolution files or running some of the more memory heavy clips.

Resolved :slight_smile: No longer writing to NAS but local.
I also switched processes to use second GPU which has more VRAM than first GPU.
