The mouse pointer is way off. You have to hover the mouse way above the function you want to invoke before it will even high light it. Too the point it has to be above off the page on the top row to min max and the program doesn’t fill the page to top side, margin unused.

Using windows 11 and Topaz 3. latest version. Started after lastest update.

I have updated both desktop and laptop. Desktop is running AMD processor and I do not have the problem on desktop. Laptop is running Intel processor and I do have the exact same problem on laptop. I am referring to the offset registration for mouse pointer problem. My account survived thru both updates and system checks. On the laptop I have checked Adobe Photoshop and other programs and do not have the registration problem with them so this is a Topaz problem only as best I can tell.
PS- see it identifies me as Video AI owner - I have all Topaz products for photo and video.
For what it is worth. I have just backed up my laptop, a notch at a time and had to go back to 3.0.4 to get the registration of display and mouse pointer to line up and to get rid of the phantom widow frame above the Topaz Task Bar. Also have noted that on the laptop (15inch screen) the lower command buttons are behind the Windows Task Bar and barely workable.
