I just updated to the newest version. I am amazed that every time I get an update it gets worse rather than better! The newest update leaves my picture with a grid in it! As we advance controls that were there for the Photographer doing the editing are slowly going away and are replaced with your stupid suggestions that come up. It might be (sharpen subject). What if I want to sharpen the print? What if I just want to denoise? And now a grid in my picture that has screwed up color as well!! You need someone working with your people that develop this stuff that is a Photographer! Ther is no way a Photographer would settle for this crap! I see people post how wonderful this is! Well, it isn’t! You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging people money for something that gets continually worse! When this first came out it was pretty darn impressive! It has done nothing but go downhill!!!I want feedback from you on this! It was great for wildlife at first. Now it fakes up the shot. Your product is making AI Look like it’s artificial stupid intelligence! This can be really handy, but you are not only making bad changes you are putting out a bad product! Are you paying people to write the reviews I read? When I send my photo-to-Photo AI when it’s finished it should come back to my develop screen as a DNG. Now I have to retrieve it from the library! All of your products have their issues but at least the others don’t get worse with every update! You need to fix it or get out of it! I will be looking for other options other than Topaz!

I can assure you that we have many different photographers and creatives working in the company who take pride in the application we produce. To help us better understand the problems you are having, would you mind going through your workflow and possibly taking a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening?
